Cerebral Economics

Do you ever feel like your brain isn't really on your side? Like maybe its working against you to make you forget things and make you less than quick on the uptake? I'm pretty sure my brain is going through a recession. Apparently many of my synapses are being shut down for business. Neurons are being laid off left and right. Serotonin and dopamine production is being shipped overseas. And to top it all off, the frontal lobe has implemented a stimulus package for the parts of the brain that control my desire to drink soda, eat chocolate and watch tv ( I do not need that!). Times are tough. ;)
